we have assembled a team of designers, benders, welders and

focus is on developing a line of motorcycle performance exhaust systems

the
latest technological tools ranging from CAD design to a state of the
art
Mustang 1100 SE dynamometer we have tested and refined and tested again
to
produce a motorcycle silencer worthy, not just to bear the MBRPinc
brand but to
be installed on your motorcycle.
Why Motorcycle
Exhaust?
With it success in so many other performance
exhaust categories, why is MBRPinc
looking to the motorcycle segment? The answer is pure self-interest.
Many of
the staff and ownership here at MBRPinc are motorcycle enthusiasts and
riders.
Each year there are new bikes purchased and each year we are reminded
of the
shortage of premium quality performance exhaust systems for our new
rides. What
we want is a system that is as pleasing to the ear as it is to the eye.
And we
decided that the time to create such a system – a system that we would
want on our own bikes – that time was now.
Beyond the Pipe
Without question there are several
manufacturers producing motorcycle exhaust
systems today. Some produce a very high quality product while others
seem to
fall short of the quality today's riders demand and deserve. The higher
quality
systems often come with an unrealistic price tag or are impossible to
actually
acquire through mail order or even through your local bike shop. The
lesser
quality systems may well look great in the magazine advertisement, web
site or
forum but when you finally strap this "great deal" onto your bike it
is nothing short of disappointing.

From Design Concept to
Installation
We start with the initial concept reduced by
our design department to a CAD
drawing showing how it will look on the bike. After any necessary
refinements
and revisions, addressing issues ranging from fitment to appearance, a
full set
of CAD drawings is developed as a basis for the original prototype.
Working
from this CAD drawing our fabricators will then build up a prototype
directly
onto a new model motorcycle. Once this prototype is approved as a unit
that
"works" for fit and esthetics it then goes through an extensive
course of dyno testing.
On our Mustang 1100 SE dyno we can precisely measure how our product
will
perform on your bike. This testing allows us to continually refine and
improve
the design to ensure that you get no surprises after the fact. Our dyno
runs
allow us to compare our units to stock to ensure you receive added
performance,
it also allows us to get a good idea of how this unit will sound at
hard
acceleration under load. Then we heat test the unit, checking to be
sure we
have approved clearances to all factory plastics, wiring hoses, etc
that may be
in close proximity to our exhaust. Once our dyno testing is complete
and any
issues dealt with the unit gets final approval from our technicians.
All this gets us a prototype worthy of the MBRPinc name. Then our
production
team takes it from here.
Our production staff is made up of professional perfectionists. From
our
meticulous tig welders, to our precision press department, to our
veteran team
of metal polishers they strive to push the envelope of their respective
crafts.
Working with the finest materials and state-of-the-art technology we
incorporate T304 stainless steel and carbon fiber with CNC billet end
caps and
laser cut flanges ensuring that everything fits with extreme precision.
Our
people obsess over the details, from the most precise and efficient way
to
duplicate the prototype accurately to the best method of moving the
pipes
through production to eliminate scuffs and scratches.

the available slip on for your application, check out the install
instructions,

dyno
graphs posted and see for yourself where your bike will be making power
